The terms for using our public website: beta status, sample data in product images, ownership of site content, acceptable use, and the limits of our responsibility.

Using the Shipr platform as a business customer is governed by our Terms of Service, and driving is governed by the Driver Independent Contractor Agreement. By using the Website, you agree to these terms.
2. Beta Service and Website Information
- Shipr is in beta. Features, availability, and terms described on the Website may change. Features labeled "upcoming," "planned," or "coming soon" are not currently available.
- Service and driver availability vary by market, and the options available to an organization depend on its settings and plan.
- Website content is general information about the platform. It is not an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of service, availability, timing, or results.
- Product images and illustrations on the Website may show sample data and fictional names, and may simplify or omit parts of the product.
3. Ownership and Permitted Use
The Website, the Shipr name and logo, and the Website's text, graphics, illustrations, and other content belong to Shipr LLC or its licensors. You may view and share Website pages for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, republish, or commercially reuse Website content, or use our names or logos, without our written permission. Map illustrations use data from OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Website, you agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Website or our systems;
- scrape or collect Website content in a way that burdens the Website, or bypass any measure that limits access to it;
- submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful information through our forms, or impersonate anyone; or
- use the Website to infringe anyone's rights or to break the law.
Good-faith security research that follows our Security & Vulnerability Disclosure Policy is not a violation of this section.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHIPR LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. This section does not limit liability under any agreement that governs your use of the Shipr platform.
9. Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the Website will be brought only in the state courts located in Kosciusko County, Indiana, or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, and you consent to those courts.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
