SHIPR POLICY

SMS / Text Messaging Consent Policy

Version 1.10 · Effective October 7, 2026

The only text messages Shipr sends today (one-time sign-in and verification codes), message rates, how to stop them, and how we handle your mobile number.

1. About this Policy

This Policy explains when Shipr LLC ("Shipr," "we," "us," or "our") sends text messages to a mobile phone number you provide, and the choices you have. It supplements, and should be read with, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. Messages We Send

Today, the only text messages Shipr sends are one-time sign-in and verification codes. They are sent through our sign-in provider, Clerk, when you add or verify a phone number or sign in with it.

Shipr does not currently send delivery offers, assignments, status updates, or marketing by text message, and does not text delivery recipients. Before we begin sending any other kind of text message, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

3. Frequency and Rates

You receive a code only when you request one, so message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; your mobile carrier charges them under your plan, and Shipr does not control those charges.

4. Stopping Messages and Getting Help

If you no longer want verification codes by text, you can remove your phone number from your account or contact support@shiprsolutions.com. Signing in with a phone number may then be unavailable, but you can use another sign-in method your account supports.

5. Your Mobile Number

We use your mobile number for sign-in and account security and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives on time.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, give additional notice.
