SHIPR POLICY
Accessibility Statement
Our accessibility goal for the website, organization portal, and driver app, where we are today, and how to tell us about a barrier or get information another way.
1. Our Commitment
Shipr LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website, organization portal, and driver app.
2. Our Standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our design and testing reference. We test important pages and flows with automated checks and keyboard navigation, build interface components to work with screen readers, and fix problems as we find them.
3. Where We Are Today
Shipr is in beta and still changing quickly, and we do not claim full conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA. Maps, route illustrations, and animated product demonstrations may be harder to use with assistive technology; where possible, the same information is available as text. Animations on our website respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
4. Third-Party Services
Some steps are provided by other companies, such as sign-in, payment and payout onboarding, and background-check pages. We consider accessibility when choosing these providers, but we do not control their pages.
5. Tell Us About a Barrier
If something is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email support@shiprsolutions.com. Please tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and any assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within five business days, and we will work with you on another way to get what you need in the meantime.
