Website Privacy & Cookie Notice

This Notice explains how Shipr LLC ("Shipr," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit our public website at https://www.shiprsolutions.com (the "Website"), including when you use its contact form. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which covers the Shipr platform, the organization portal, and the driver app. If this Notice and the Privacy Policy differ about the Website, this Notice applies.

• No cookies or browser storage. The Website does not set cookies and does not store information in your browser.
• No analytics, advertising, or tracking. The Website does not use analytics services, advertising networks, social-media pixels, or other tools that track you across other websites over time, and we do not allow third parties to do so through the Website.
• Standard request information. Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical information needed to deliver and protect the pages you request, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested.
• Error reports. If a page fails to load or run correctly, our error-monitoring provider (Sentry) receives a technical report about the error. We do not record your session or your screen, and we configure these reports to exclude personal information where possible.

If you contact us through the Website, we collect the information you enter: the reason you are writing, your name, email address, business name, phone number, city or market, and your message.

• We store your inquiry in our systems so that it is not lost, send it to our team by email through our email provider (Resend), and send you an email confirming that we received it.
• To prevent spam and abuse, we keep a one-way hashed (scrambled) form of your IP address and your email address for no more than one hour.
• We use your inquiry only to respond to you, to evaluate a demo, Founding Partner, or driver request, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for how to respond to it, the Website does not change how it operates when it receives one. The Website does not track visitors across other websites over time, so there is no such tracking for the signal to stop.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any such sale or sharing.

We keep contact-form inquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and as part of our business records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time by emailing privacy@shiprsolutions.com; we will delete it unless we need to keep it to comply with the law or to resolve a dispute.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us through the Website by emailing privacy@shiprsolutions.com. The rights described in our Privacy Policy also apply to Website information.

The Website is intended for businesses and adult drivers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has contacted us, email us and we will delete the information.

We may update this Notice. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
