SHIPR POLICY

Copyright & DMCA Policy

Version 1.10 · Effective October 7, 2026

How to report content you believe infringes your copyright, how to respond if your content was removed, and our repeat-infringer rule.

1. Our Policy

Shipr LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects everyone who uses Shipr to do the same. Do not upload or share content you do not have the right to use.

2. Reporting Claimed Infringement

If you believe content on a Shipr website or service infringes your copyright, email support@shiprsolutions.com with "Copyright notice" in the subject line and include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
  3. identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to find it (for example, a web address);
  4. your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Counter-Notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address that includes:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the removed material and where it appeared before it was removed;
  3. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, address, and telephone number; and
  5. a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Shipr may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the person who sent the original notice tells us they have filed a court action.

4. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

5. Misrepresentation and Other Claims

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can create legal liability. This Policy covers copyright only; send trademark or other concerns to support@shiprsolutions.com.
